NOTICE OF WATER QUALITY AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS: We Service America acknowledges that with regard to surface drainage and groundwater and surface water quality all pressure washing activity is subject to the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (the “EPA”), the California State Water Resources Control Board (the “State Board”), the Regional Water Quality Control Board (the “Regional Board”), the local County and the local City in which the Property is located (the “City”). Accordingly, We Service America shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations regarding drainage and water quality (collectively, the “Water Quality Laws”).
We Service America uses any and all means and methods including immediate water pick-up and recycling of waste water, pillow drain covers, and water diverters) to protect and prevent discharge into any drain, including storm drain, sewer, and grease line as a result of the steam-cleaning activities caused by pressure washing and steam cleaning efforts.
